I live and work on the land of the Palawa people.
Sovereignty over country was never ceded. Australia as we know it is built on genocide and racism, which continues to be the lived experience for many Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders living under colonialisation.
I stand on the shoulders of activists. I owe my contemporary voice to the queer, poor and disabled people who fight tirelessly for access at the table of white intergenerational prosperity. I seek to understand my privileges within this cultural landscape, whilst acknowledging the intersectional oppression that informs my personal and professional world-view.
Accessibility matters. We have worked hard to prioritise accessibility for our website. I understand that disabled people constantly carry the burden of making spaces inclusive, and that this is unfair. The onus is on us as a business to educate ourselves and we are doing that.
If you find this website difficult to use any way, and you have the spoons and the inclination, please email us. Your voice matters.
